HVCF 2014

JULY in New York

I was invited for the 3rd time at the Annual Hudson Valley Chalk Festival in New Paltz, N.Y. I get to draw the darling silver screen siren Marilyn Monroe. We had a short but good downpour on Saturday evening so it was a good thing someone was on top of the weather report “What does one do when it rains at a street painting festival? – spectators always ask?” – – Cover with plastic — it sure saved the day!

I am looking forward to the month of September for an invitation to a debut street painting event abroad. Watch out for upcoming announcements!

ISPM 2014

In JUNE, it was my hometown street painting event – Italian Street Painting Marin with the theme “California in the 1940’s”. I drew a young Lucille Ball pre “I Love Lucy” TV series.  It was a smaller festival format this year with about 2o+ artists showcasing their amazing 12 x 12 feet squares.  A successful event indeed – – Thank you Italian Street Painting Marin!
